INTRODUCTION

This “Privacy Policy” applies to the Website controlled by Nema Healthcare Pvt. Ltd./The Response Company (“We”, “Our”, “Us”) where the Privacy Policy is posted. The Privacy Policy covers the practices for handling and securing your personal information by The Response Company. This Privacy Policy is applicable to people who purchase any product or avail any services from The Response Company through any sales channel of The Response Company (like website, mobile site, mobile app & offline channels). This Privacy Policy also applies to persons who visit the The Response Company’s offices, associates, agents or sales channels.

As a user or customer of The Response Company, the person agrees with this Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Member Registration If you choose to become a registered member of website, you must provide your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, a unique login name, password, and password validation, and a password hint to help you remember your password.
